- No smoking is allowed in the house, for the well-being of everyone.
- Sorry no pets (except horses a 2.5 acre-meadow is available on site).
- There is a gravelled area in front of the house providing ample and secure off-road parking.
- We speak English fluently.
- The maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 4 guests and a child (under 10 years-old). If it is exceeded, a
   pro rata supplement will be charged.
- We accept bank transfer, bank cheques and cash.
- A 240 € breakage deposit will have to be paid an arrival. It will be given back to you on departure.
- The tourist tax collected at the end of the stay for the Syndicat du Pays des Châteaux is 1,05 E/ night / person
   aged 16 or over.

- Access to all on-site leisure facilities (+ free loan of tennis rackets and balls for the local tennis).
- Household linen : 2 dish towels, 2 hand towels, 1 bathroom mat.
- Basic grocery ingredients, usual home products for you to begin the stay before first shopping, cleaning products.
- The following baby equipment is available on request : cot with mattress, baby high chair,children high chair, reclining chair
  changing mat, potty, bath, and security
  gate for the staircase.
- Water, electricity (56 kwh electricity per week).

For your convenience, the following optional services are available :
       - bed linen rental (with beds made on arrival) : 10 €/bed(1 pair of sheets, 1 (or 2) pillow case, according to
         the bed capacity).
       - Towels rental : 3 € / guest (1 standard towel, 1 bath towel).
       - End-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and BBQ) : 42 €
       - Heating for the 1700 sq ft of the house and the barn 2 all-in price options ( 6€ / day for 16 hour-heating/day
         ou 3 € / day for 8 hours/day).
